Hi there, I'm Terry Burrow, a luthier based in Asheboro, NC.
I am a career musician with over 45 years of playing experience. After 4 decades as a cabinet maker and designer, I finally decided to use my skills to make what I am truly passionate about- gorgeous guitars! Struggling to find instruments to meet my standards and with extra time on my hands during the pandemic, AlliKat guitars was born. I set out to make guitars for myself, things I couldn't find anywhere else. Now, following a few years of trial and error, I have decided to branch out and share my guitars with you.

If you would like to purchase a guitar that has already been made, AlliKat Custom Guitars are currently being sold via Reverb, directly to you by inquiry, and at Orphan Guitars in Brooklyn, NY.
Direct buyers have the option to pay via Zelle, Venmo, or cash for local pickup in NC.
